1. Service Description

CosmicMatchLove provides digital astrology-based tools including birth chart generation and compatibility reports. These reports include Parashara-style factors and AI-generated interpretations.

All outputs are for informational, reflective, and entertainment purposes only. The service does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

We do not guarantee outcomes, relationship success, timing accuracy, or personal results.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent.

3. Plans & Pricing

Token Pack — €9.99

  • One-time payment
  • 5 tokens
  • 1 token = 1 full compatibility report
  • Tokens do not expire
  • No subscription or automatic renewal

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials.

If you believe a billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect payment has occurred, please contact us at help@cosmicmatchlove.com.

5. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights (EU)

By purchasing and using the service, you:

  • Request immediate access to digital services
  • Acknowledge that digital performance begins once a token is used
  • Understand that your 14-day withdrawal right may be lost once digital performance begins

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity under your account

We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, or chargeback misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, calculations, and branding belong to Aura Digital. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service unlawfully
  • Attempt to manipulate or misuse outputs
  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks
  • Abuse refund mechanisms

9. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

All outputs, compatibility scores, timing suggestions, and symbolic interpretations are provided for personal reflection only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Relationship compatibility or outcomes
  • Accuracy of interpretations
  • Future events or timing

You agree that any decisions made based on the service are your sole responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.”

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent purchase.

Nothing excludes liability for:
