CosmicMatchLove provides digital services only. No physical goods are delivered.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless digital performance has begun.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible if:
- You request a refund within 14 days
- No tokens have been used
- No reports or outputs have been generated
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not granted if:
- Any token has been used
- Any report or output has been accessed
- The 14-day period has expired
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- A chargeback is initiated without contacting support first
